the location was central to tourist attractions this made sightseeing very easy i appreciated that they held my bags until checkin time the breakfast buffet had many options.

the room lacked air conditioning , made it uncomfortable during warmer parts of the day street noise was noticeable when the window was open i found this slightly disruptive at night.

the staff accommodated early luggage storage before check-in this service helped me start exploring the city without carrying bags they were helpful and efficient making the arrival process smooth. i appreciated this service a lot.

breakfast included many choices the buffet provided different foods i found the selection quite satisfying it offered a good start to the day before going out for sightseeing and other activities i did not have any complaints.

the room was lovely and felt upscale. it was a decent experience.

i was very frustrated because there was no hot water on multiple evenings. the reception staff didn't seem to care much when i complained, just saying it would come back on later, it didn't. the coffee machine at breakfast was too complex, and the staff seemed annoyed when i asked for help using it. i found this unacceptable.

The breakfast included good variety. The location was close to transport. Many restaurants are nearby. The front desk workers were friendly. Luggage storage is available . The room felt upscale. I found the breakfast delicious. The hotel made early check in possible.

The hotel had no air conditioning. It was hot. I only had a fan. Sleeping with the window open proved impossible. Car noise was too loud.
